Cruise to Kenosha

KENOSHA CRUISE 8-)

Everyone is invited! Great opportunity for anyone with a boat who doesn't race !

Hello Anchorage sailors,

Our "KENOSHA CRUISE"  will be August 23rd.  (Southport Marina could not do it on the 16th)
We have slips reserved - the rate is $45 for the 1st 30ft then $1.25/ foot after that.
Southport reports minimum depth now at 7' 6"
You can also tie up at the Kenosha Yacht Club


We will meet on the harbor house patio at 10am.
We will assign start times beginning around 10:30 or what ever works
 No PHRF cert necessary  just for fun!

  • Start from Waukegan around 10:30am
  • Upon arrival we will meet for a picnic-same as last year (picnic tables at yacht club or on the dock)
  • Bring something easy to pass
  • Around 6 or 7pm will go to Boat House Pub for diner
  • Sunday Morning Breakfast at Kenosha Yacht Club
  • Chase each other home!
